Operating on a tip regarding flashes of light behind a small store on the east end, we waited for approximately four hours after nightfall. Some form of portal opened up through the back wall, accompanied by a very bright, flashing electric light. Darkholme sighted figures moving inside - when one attempted to reach through, he discouraged it with a blade through the hand. It withdrew. After that, the portal sealed again. A sample of 'blood' was collected from the wall and turned in to the lab. Recommend cordoning off and surveillance of area after nightfall.
